of our fees for the service of process through out Queensland. Using the
form below, type in the suburb where the respondent is to be served. Remember the quoted fee guarantees
at least two
attempts at service at the given address and is usually the equivalent
of the bailiffs fees. We will always seek further
instructions from you prior to incurring costs over and above the
quoted fee (for example, for further attempts at service or for enquiries to locate
and serve a defendant). Requests for "Urgent Service" always
attract a "Urgency" fee of about $45.00 in addition to the costs of

If the service of the process
is outside of our territory (ie in an area that we do not serve
personally), we will always locate an agent to act on our behalf to
complete the task- there will be a handling fee of about $40.00 to
organise service in those circumstances and the provision of a report
