Litigation Support is a variety of services coupled together to assist legal practitioners and their clients in any form of litigation. Litigation Support ranges from simple support services such as document filing to complex factual research and compilation of a Brief.

Litigation Support, such as process serving, obtaining witness statements, the location of witnesses or other people involved in the litigation such as the defendant or respondent is something that we excel at and deliver results.

Our service is prompt, reliable and accurate.

The charges applicable to the provision of these services vary.

Our standard charge for the service of court documents is $48.50 inclusive of GST. This charge includes 2 attempts at service, a report as to the service or attempted service the document and an affidavit supporting the service or attempted service.

Charges for other forms of litigation support are usually assessed on an hourly rate. For instance, the location of a witness and the subsequent service of a subpoena may entail two hours research to locate the witness - this will be charged at our hourly rate of $90.00 per hour (plus GST) and a service fee of $48.50.

Usually most people who truly don't want to be found can't be found within a couple of hours. But our experience dictates that people simply move to a new address, and its not that they don't want to be found, but have simply moved on with their life; without really telling anyone.

They may have been a witness in a vehicle accident; they may have been an employee - there are simply too many variables to discuss here but the general idea is with competent, discreet and professional enquiries being made, they can be located.

There are of course exceptions to the rule; bad debtors being the most common; and thats where our expertise in knowing how to locate a person who doesn't want to be found comes in.
